LL06 series piezomotor is the smallest piezo electric motor in production today. It is direct drive with no backlash, capable of microstepping in sub-nano millimeter increments.

- Light Weight: 16 grams
Drive rod lengths range from 30 to 101 mm with resulting stroke range from 3.1 to 74.1 mm.
